Time for a change for sure!

TIme to eat healthy.

Time to exercise.

Time to drink more water.

Time to think positive.

Time to be inspired by others.

Time to motivate myself.

Time to get things rolling in the right direction.

This mornings weight = 219.0. Down exactly 2 pounds and into a new decade. Now to keep things going...
