Last night me and the walking buddy did 35 minutes. She was able to walk at a brisker pace last night so we covered more ground in less time. We did about a mile and a half. I came back home and watched Seinfeld and ate a big salad and some strawberries for dinner. Everytime I eat a big salad I think about Elaine on Seinfeld and how she always ordered a big salad at the diner. Love me some Seinfeld.
Who watched Biggest Loser last night? If not - **SPOILER ALERT** How about that food temptation challange last night? How about Alex stuffing that food into her mouth and ACTUALLY GAGGING because she didn't think anyone could see her? OMG. I don't like her or Francelina - her hair is so damn distracting. I think my favorites right now are Danni and Jackson. I thought that spotlight challenge was pretty cool and would have liked to have been in on that one. **END SPOILER** I exercised through all of the commercials for the first hour (I thought of you Sunny). I told myself I would do kettlebell exercises for my arms and before I knew it I was doing kettlebell swings and squats, too. Yay me! I have got to try to drink more water this week.
That's it for today. Let's make it a great day!
So, it's your third time in the 240s? Oh, well. Don't beat yourself up. This is the time you put them behind you forever.
ReplyDeleteWhen I quit smoking, it took me many attempts to get to that last cigarette, but I finally did and now, I couldn't even imagine having a cigarette.
I love Seinfeld. One of my all time favorites is when Peterman puts Elaine in charge of the catalog and she comes up with the idea for the 'urban sombrero' and puts it on the cover. What a great show.
Congrats on dropping down into a new decade! I watched BL. That challenge was done at the Honda Center here in Anaheim. Wish I'd known! LOL I'm all about DANNIOWNAGE. I really dislike Gina because of all of her crybabytittysucking, when she's kicking butt. She annoys the hell out of me. Loved Jillian for forcing the break-through on whats-his-name. People can question her tactics, but THEY.ALWAYS.WORK. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mel. :)
ReplyDeleteSunny - I CANNOT stand Gina either. She just makes me want to punch her with that look she always has on her face. Her husband is good for her, but he looks like a giant wus. Cool that the challange was done close to you!
ReplyDeleteHooray for getting the walking done. I used to walk alone and preferred it because I could then walk at my own pace. Since we moved, though, I've been walking with my husband in the morning. I get to set the pace, so it works out okay. (If he was in charge, we'd get done half the time. :) )
