Milestone Day


Today I hit 25 pounds lost! (233.8) Yippee!  Next mini-goal is to get out of the 30s.

When I strictly stay grain and sugar free and get good exercise in, the weight peels off. So worth it!

Make it a great day (and weekend) with no excuses.

    1. Lordy, how I would LOOOVE to have some chocolate, but I know that I cannot be trusted, so I have to go cold turkey. Like you said yesterday, a taste is not worth poor health. I have to keep reminding myself of that.

    In terms of the 7-minute workout thing, my sister and her boyfriend both seem to have sprained parts of their body doing it. I personally think you need to have other exercise in your life but I do plan on doing this workout throughout the week. Can't hurt :)
