CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! And thanks for the reminder that staying STRICTLY sugar free (and grain free) makes the weight peel off. Mr. Good Bars have been a nemesis this week...
Lordy, how I would LOOOVE to have some chocolate, but I know that I cannot be trusted, so I have to go cold turkey. Like you said yesterday, a taste is not worth poor health. I have to keep reminding myself of that.

In terms of the 7-minute workout thing, my sister and her boyfriend both seem to have sprained parts of their body doing it. I personally think you need to have other exercise in your life but I do plan on doing this workout throughout the week. Can't hurt :)
