It is an absolutely gorgeous morning here. I have my office window open and I can smell the fresh cut grass and hear the birds singing in the gorgeous flowering trees outside my window. I'm lucky to have such a nice office and a great view. I wish I were out walking now. I love walking in the morning.
I dropped another full pound this morning! YIPPEE! I've lost 12 pounds now and I'm starting to feel better. Last night I sooo did not want to exercise but I thought about how good I would feel after I did it and how it would help me get closer to my goal so I forced it and I'm glad I did.
Today for Administrative Professionals day I got 2 dozen gorgeous golden-yellow roses, a candle and a gift card. It's nice to be appreciated.
